- Your booking is older than 24 hours and you did not purchase our Refund Service
- Your ticket is a Flex ticket which was purchased more than 3 months ago
- You have purchased an Easy Return ticket that has been partially used (Meaning you have already travelled using your outbound ticket)
- You have entered a wrong booking number or a wrong corresponding email address
